FAQ

  • How many lessons does each course have?

    Original prices are $20 a lesson so if the course costs $60, it has three lessons and if it's $80, it has 4 lessons.

  • What's your refund policy on these classes above?

    We do not offer refunds, but we want you to be happy so you can switch to another class! You will need to request a switch in classes within the first 72 hours of purchase. Each customer will be allowed to switch classes a maximum of two times.

  • Are recorded sessions less effective?

    Not at all. We have many students who purchase recorded sessions due to lack of time when they were traveling during and it allows each family/student to learn Chinese when they want, where they want.
